We operate on minimal public hours and honour those wanting privacy. For those who wish to visit outside these times, we offer private appointments by booking only.

Available in-person or via video call.[WhatsApp] When using video WhatsApp, you can select what you like, pay on the invoice link and we arrange the shipping to you.

When you book a private shopping appointment, we close the entire store to other customers and pause all other services for your exclusive use. Your booking fee covers this exclusive access and the losses we incur financially to give you that privacy.

Exploratory Quick Visit - 15 Minutes - $85
A quick look to see the space and range. No purchase required. No credit, no refunds.

Quick Visit - 30 Minutes - $130
Ideal when you know what you need and want to grab a few items quickly. No credit, no refunds.

Focused Shopping - 45 Minutes - $175
For customers who have seen specific products online and intend to make a purchase. No credit, no refunds.

Extensive Shopping - 1 Hour - $220
A comprehensive, unhurried shopping experience. No credit, no refunds.

Private Consultation & Shopping - 1 Hour - $220
Includes a dedicated spell consultation plus private shopping time. No credit, no refunds.

All fees are for exclusive store access and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for products. Any products purchased during your appointment are additional. The fee is required to secure the store closure and is payable regardless of purchase. Genuine enquiries only please.

Booking & Rescheduling Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your exclusive session.

We honour all bookings. In the rare event of a double-booking or system error, we will contact you to arrange a fair alternative time. Refunds are not available - you will be required to reschedule.

If you are unwell, please do not attend in person. We ask for at least 12 hours notice where possible. We can convert your session to phone/video/email or reschedule you for genuine contagious illness. No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable - one reschedule only for genuine reasons.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or pressure to provide services outside business hours. Any client engaging in this behaviour will have their appointment cancelled without refund and will be blocked from future bookings.
