1. Spiritual Services & Digital Items (Non-Refundable)
All service bookings and digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

This includes all readings, spiritual protection rituals (including subscriptions), classes, courses, and digital products (e.g., reports, spellbooks, downloads).

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that services commence immediately and are non-tangible.

Note: We will work with you to reschedule a service in accordance with our Booking and Rescheduling Policy found in our Terms of Use.
2. Physical Products (Subject to Consumer Law)
We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for physical products (including our heavyweight fashion lines) in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant international protections.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product you receive is faulty, significantly damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy:

Reporting: You must notify us of damage or carrier issues within 3 days of delivery to allow us to process shipping claims.

Evidence: To process a claim, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the fault or damage.

Assessment: If a product has a major fault (e.g., it is unsafe or fundamentally broken), you have the right to choose a refund or a replacement. For minor faults, we reserve the right to offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

Exclusions: Consumer guarantees do not apply to products lost, destroyed, or damaged after delivery due to misuse, deliberate damage, or normal wear and tear.
Change of Mind & International Compliance
We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" for Australian and most international sales, except where legally required:

EU and UK Consumers: In accordance with statutory "cooling-off" periods, customers in the EU and UK may return physical goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Conditions: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
