1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Standard Orders: Orders for in-stock items (including our curated heavyweight fashion lines) fulfilled directly by BeWitchy are processed and prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days.

  • Third-Party Fulfillment: Some items are fulfilled by our trusted partners and or warehouses. Processing times for these items vary and are clearly stated on the specific product page.

  • Note: As a dedicated business, handling times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like staff illness. We appreciate your patience and support.

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We primarily use Australia Post and other couriers for domestic and international shipments. For items shipped from our other warehouses, the carrier is selected by our fulfilling partner.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your journey.

3. Estimated Delivery Times (Post-Dispatch)

  • Australia (Standard): Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.

  • Pre-Order & Made-to-Order: These specialized items can take 30 days or more for creation and dispatch. Please refer to the specific product description for details.

  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 30–40 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Note: BeWitchy is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, postal strikes, or customs backups.

4. International Customs, Duties, and VAT

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

  • Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being abandoned or returned. Under these circumstances, shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your items securely. In the rare event of an issue:

  • Immediate Action Required: Please notify us at support@bewitchy.com within 3 days of the delivery date (or the date the package was marked as delivered) if there is damage or a missing parcel.

  • Cooperation: To file a claim with the carrier, we will require clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the damaged goods.

  • Resolution: We will work with you to ensure a fair resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
