  • Visual Rights & Product Imagery: All curated imagery, original photography (including heavyweight fashion assets), and digitally rendered assets are the exclusive intellectual property of BeWitchy.

  • AI Restriction: Use of our visual or editorial assets for the training of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, scraping for third-party marketing, or unauthorized commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Registered Trademarks

The following trademarks are registered properties owned by Luan Heslin and are protected under the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth). Service & Booking Policies

  • Finality of Bookings: All service and digital bookings are final. While we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule services as necessary due to staff or family illness. Client-initiated rescheduling is at our sole discretion.

  • Conduct: We reserve the right to cancel services without a refund if a client engages in threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Service Accuracy: You are responsible for booking the correct service. Incorrect bookings may be cancelled or require additional payment to cover the cost difference.

5. Accounts & Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
