Experience a personal spiritual cleansing session in-store with Madame Verveine. This is a private, focused 1:1 session designed to restore balance and clarity in a calm, protected environment.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may incorporate a variety of traditional techniques including smudging, energy clearing sprays, intention setting and other bespoke methods. No two sessions are the same - we work with what you bring in on the day.

Important to know:
This is not a fix-all therapy and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or counselling support. Some clients feel lighter after one session, others need repeated services for deeper or layered matters. Results are highly individual and depend on your personal spiritual experiences, lifestyle and openness.

What to expect:
Your appointment is conducted in our private black tattoo-parlour style room in our Northbridge store. We intentionally keep the room black - black helps absorb and remove negativity, creating a focused and personalised ritual space.

Please arrive on time, sober, and in clean comfortable clothing. If you are sensitive to smoke/scents, let us know beforehand so we can use low-smoke / spray alternatives.

Pricing: All pricing is as listed. We do not offer pension, concession or student discounts. All clients are charged the same rate for the same service and time.

Bookings, Payments & Rescheduling - All Sales Final
Due to the private and time-based nature of in-store bookings, all bookings are final. All fees are for time, preparation and the performance of the cleansing session itself, not for a guaranteed outcome.

We do not offer refunds, credits or transfers for: change of mind, change of circumstances, failure to provide accurate information, failure to attend, or where your session has commenced.

If YOU need to reschedule: You may request one reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice for genuine illness/emergency via support@bewitchy.com.au. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the booking fee with no refund or reschedule.

If WE need to reschedule: If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, double-booking or error on our end, we will offer to reschedule you to a comparable service/time. In this event refunds are not offered, only a reschedule.

Please do not attend in person if you are unwell - we have clients with immune vulnerabilities in store.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Our personal time and well-being are not negotiable. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or pressure to work outside business hours. Breach will result in cancellation of time used with no refund or reschedule and you will be blocked from future bookings.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Confidentiality & No Recording: All sessions are confidential both ways. Audio/video recording is not permitted.
