This space is reserved for when gentle work, positivity and cleansing haven't moved it. For the matters you can't discuss openly. For hard boundaries, justice, closure, separation, and calling things back into balance.

What this is for:
When you need something bound, banished, uncrossed, or removed. When you need real movement. When you need to reclaim your power and set a line that cannot be crossed. Our most robust, transformative work.

We keep it private for a reason.

Discretion is Paramount: We do not discuss methods, intentions or specifics via email, DM or socials. All details are reserved for your strictly 15-minute private consultation [in person, phone or email]. Your bespoke ritual is crafted and performed after when the timing is right i.e. dates, moon phases and so forth.

The Layered Path: Heavier work is rarely one and done. Like clearing a path before you can walk it, we often need to remove the obstacle / shield you first, so your main intention has space to land. Most clients need 1-4 bespoke rituals - these can be done in steps to make it more manageable. We will map your steps in consultation.

If you are unsure about how many steps you need, please book a reading or ritual consult separately for discussion and insight. A general rule of thumb is 1 step for 1 person, 1 step for each major obstacle or intention.

What to bring to consultation: Full names, DOBs, recent clear photos of all involved. The more truthful and complete your information, the more precisely we can anchor it. Please print these out for us or hand write details.

No Guarantee of Outcome: All bespoke rituals, custom rituals and shadow work are provided for spiritual exploration, personal empowerment and entertainment purposes only. Effectiveness is highly personal and depends on clarity of intention, timing, energy, and accuracy of information provided.

Why Work May Not Manifest As Expected - Not A Cop Out:
In this path, a ritual that does not manifest exactly as planned is not necessarily a failure. While we have a high success rate, sometimes it is a blessing in disguise. For example:

• The universe has a different, more aligned plan for your highest good.
• Your intention was not clear or your energy was divided.
• Vital information was left out or was not truthful [this is critical - you must be 100% truthful].
• What you thought you wanted would have caused you more harm, and you were protected.

Bookings, Payments & Rescheduling - All Sales Final
Due to the bespoke, time-based and energetic nature of our work, all bookings are final. All fees are for time, preparation and the performance of the bespoke ritual, not for a guaranteed outcome.

We do not offer refunds, credits or transfers for: change of mind, change of circumstances, failure to provide accurate/complete information, failure to attend your consultation, failure to bring required information, or where you have received your private consultation and/or ritual has been performed.

If YOU need to reschedule: You may request one reschedule with a minimum of 12 hours notice for genuine illness/emergency (although we will wave a shorter period of time for genuine illness). Reschedule requests must be made via support@bewitchy.com.au. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the booking fee with no refund or reschedule.

If WE need to reschedule: If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or error on our end, we will offer to reschedule you to a comparable service/time. In this event, refunds are not offered, only a reschedule.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure of a service as defined by the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy.
