This is a combined Intuitive Insight + Bespoke Ritual Consultation. We look at your situation intuitively and give you honest, practical guidance on what steps / ritual pathway would best support you, and whether working with us is the right fit. If you decide to proceed, we will map what to book next.

• What bespoke ritual pathway would best support your intention
• How many steps are likely needed - 1 person = 1 step, 1 major obstacle = 1 step as a general rule
• What information we would need - names, DOBs, photos etc

What This Consultation Does NOT Include:

• A bespoke ritual performance - ritual is booked and performed separately after this consultation
• Business-specific advice - all consultations are focused on personal insight and spiritual guidance. In-depth business success/growth questions require a separate Business Insight Service

These consultations are a serious commitment to your personal growth. The insights are not for casual entertainment; they are a powerful tool for change. The most transformative results come from clients who are willing to honestly reflect and actively apply the guidance.

If you are unsure how long you will need, time what you want to say (write it down and record yourself reading it) then times (x) by 2. That's how long you will generally need.

Due to the time-based and bespoke nature of our consultations, all bookings are final. All fees are for time, preparation and the consultation itself.

We do not offer refunds, credits or transfers for: change of mind, change of circumstances, failure to provide accurate/complete information, failure to attend, or where you have received your consultation.

If YOU need to reschedule: You may request one reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice for genuine illness/emergency via support@bewitchy.com.au. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the booking fee with no refund or reschedule. If you are unwell you may have your consultation via phone or video instead.

If WE need to reschedule: If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, double-booking or error on our end, we will offer to reschedule you to a comparable service/time. In this event refunds are not offered, only a reschedule.

Please do not attend in person if unwell - we have clients with immune vulnerabilities.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Our personal time and well-being are not negotiable. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or being pressured to work outside business hours or to reschedule personal appointments. Any client who engages in this behaviour will have their appointment cancelled for time used with no refund or reschedule and will be permanently blocked from future bookings. If you are feeling anxious between sessions, please refer to our blog/self-help resources - we find urgent often isn't truly urgent and can wait a day.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure of a service as defined by the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy.

Confidentiality & No Recording: All sessions are confidential both ways. Audio/video recording is not permitted. Please attend sober and in a quiet, private space for phone/video.
