BEWITCHY SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRINT-ON-DEMAND, SPECIAL ORDERS, AND "ORDER-IN" ITEMS HAVE A PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIME OF 4–6 WEEKS. THIS IS BEFORE THE ITEM IS DISPATCHED. PLEASE FACTOR THIS TIMEFRAME INTO YOUR PURCHASE AS THESE ITEMS ARE CREATED OR SOURCED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU.

PROCESSING TIME
Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
We ship to all states and territories using Australia Post and other couriers when needed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Free shipping available for orders over $150.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to most countries worldwide.

Due to Australian Government sanctions under the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011 and Charter of the United Nations Act 1945, we do NOT ship physical products to:
Russia, North Korea (DPRK), Iran, Syria, Libya, Crimea, Sevastopol, Luhansk, Donetsk.

We also do not ship to Belarus due to payment processing and logistics restrictions imposed by banks and major couriers.

Digital products, services, and online readings are sold worldwide with no restrictions and are delivered instantly after payment.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Prices shown do NOT include import duties, taxes, GST/VAT, or customs clearance fees levied by your country.

You are the importer of record and agree to pay all government-imposed charges directly to your local customs authority or courier upon delivery. If you refuse delivery due to these charges, your order will not be refunded and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to estimate potential fees. BeWitchy has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & ACCURACY
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BeWitchy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

RESTRICTED ITEMS
BeWitchy complies with all Australian export regulations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure products can be legally imported into the destination country. We are not liable if customs seizes items prohibited in your country, including but not limited to incense, herbs, or crystals.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS
Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you in the claims process with the courier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for international orders.

FREIGHT FORWARDERS
We do not ship to freight forwarders or parcel forwarding services if we suspect the end destination is a restricted country. Orders using freight forwarders may be cancelled and refunded minus payment processing fees.
