Returns & Refunds Policy

At BeWitchy, we want you to be enchanted by your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A "major failure" includes if the book or magazine (for example):

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it.

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample (e.g., the wrong title was sent).

  • Is substantially unfit for its purpose.

  • Is damaged or has missing pages (for example).

2. Change of Mind

Please choose your items carefully, as BeWitchy does not typically offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the book, or found it cheaper elsewhere.

Note: For digital products or magazines, change-of-mind returns are not available once the file has been accessed or the seal broken (if relevant).

3. How to Request a Return

If there is an issue with your order:

  1. Contact us at support@bewitchy.com within a reasonable time of receiving your item (a few days).

  2. Provide your Proof of Purchase (order number or receipt) and a clear photo of the fault or damage.

  3. We will assess the claim and, if valid, provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed to have a major failure, BeWitchy will cover the cost of return shipping or reimburse your reasonable postage costs. Please keep your postage receipts.

For any discretionary returns (if agreed upon by us in writing), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Digital Products & Downloads Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital magazines, e-books, and downloadable spells are final. BeWitchy does not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items once the download link has been sent or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us for a replacement link.

7. Services, Consultations & No-Show Policy

All service bookings with BeWitchy are final.

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on services under any circumstances, including change of mind, "no-shows," or personal scheduling conflicts. When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you, preventing other clients from booking.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, your payment is forfeited in full.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not guaranteed. At the sole discretion of BeWitchy, a reschedule may be considered only in extreme, worst-case scenarios (e.g., medical emergencies), provided we are notified as soon as possible. If a staff member is unwell, we will reschedule you, not cancel or refund you.  

  • Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. No partial refunds or extensions will be granted.
