Booking & Rescheduling Policy

1. Appointments & Punctuality

  • Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session will be shortened to end at the original scheduled time. No refunds or price adjustments will be made for late arrivals.

  • Session Length: Sessions will not extend beyond the scheduled time. Additional time must be arranged and paid for in advance, subject to availability.

  • Finality: All bookings are 100% non-refundable once the transaction is complete.

2. Rescheduling & Illness

Your health and the health of our community are a priority.

  • Client Illness: If you have a contagious illness, contact us at least 12 hours prior to reschedule. We allow a maximum of two (2) rescheduling attempts. If a time cannot be agreed upon after two attempts, the booking is void without refund.

  • Remote Alternative: If you cannot attend in person, you may switch to a remote option (video, phone, or email) for the same scheduled date.

  • Practitioner Illness: If we must reschedule due to illness, we will contact you immediately to find a new time. Your booking remains valid.

  • Family Emergencies: We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include remote readings for priority support.

3. Code of Conduct & Agreements

  • Zero Tolerance: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or pressure to provide services outside of business hours. Violators will have their appointments canceled immediately without refund and will be blocked.

  • Digital Contracts: All clients must sign a digital service agreement/NDA emailed after booking. Failure to sign prior to the appointment may result in refusal of service.

Legal Disclaimer & Disclosure

1. Nature of Service (For Entertainment Purposes)

You acknowledge that all services provided by BeWitchy are for spiritual, self-discovery, and entertainment purposes only.

  • Metaphysical Art: Spells, rituals, and readings are a form of metaphysical art based on a system of personal belief and faith.

  • No Guaranteed Outcome: The effectiveness of spellwork or readings cannot be guaranteed. Payment is for the time, materials, and spiritual energy dedicated to the service, not a specific result. Results are subject to free will and cosmic alignment.

2. Professional Boundaries (Medical & Legal)

WE ARE NOT MEDICAL OR LEGAL PROFESSIONALS.

  • Psychic insights and predictions are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • If a reading suggests a health or legal issue (e.g., predicting an illness), you are obligated to seek advice from a licensed professional (Doctor, Solicitor, etc.).

3. Mental & Emotional Wellbeing

  • Obligation to Disclose: If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, you are obligated to inform Madame Verveine before the service. This allows us to determine if a reading is appropriate for you at this time.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or conclude a service if a client appears mentally/emotionally unstable, delusional, or unable to cope with the information provided. This is for your protection and safety.

  • Emergency Situations: If active suicidal thoughts are disclosed during a session, we are ethically and legally obligated to contact relevant emergency services.

Public Reviews & Defamation Policy

1. Factual Accuracy

By purchasing a service, you agree that any public feedback or reviews will be 100% factual and verifiable.

  • Reviews must pertain to the quality of service (punctuality, professionalism) and NOT the "non-manifestation" of a spiritual result, which you have already accepted as a "no-guarantee" risk.

2. Legal Liability for Financial Harm

  • Reputational Damage: As a business supporting employees and dependents, we take false or misleading reviews seriously.

  • Recourse: If a review is found to be defamatory, unsubstantiated, or causes demonstrable financial loss, BeWitchy reserves the right to initiate civil proceedings in a Western Australian Court to seek damages and legal costs.

  • Confidentiality Waiver: In the event of a legal dispute or a public false claim, your right to confidentiality is waived so that evidence (recordings/transcripts) may be presented to the Court or Law Enforcement to prove the truth of the service.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

1. Trademarks

BEWITCHY® and its associated brands (Poison Ivy Couture, The Tarot Witch, etc.) are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use, or use of "deceptively similar" names, will result in legal action.

2. Copyright (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)

All content is protected. You may share material only if you provide attribution and a link to the license.

  • NON-COMMERCIAL: You may never use our material for commercial purposes.

  • NO DERIVATIVES: You may not remix or transform our work for redistribution.

3. Recordings

Client recording (audio or video) is strictly prohibited. Madame Verveine records all sessions for professional integrity. Copies of these recordings may be made available for purchase ($99) only at our sole discretion.

4. Hold Harmless

You agree to hold BeWitchy, its owner, and contractors harmless against any claims of damages (lost profits, incidental, or consequential) arising from your interpretation of the advice or insights provided. Your actions following a service are an exercise of your own Free Will.
